There should be an option on your server's control panel to load a specific world. Make sure you don't load up two folders titled World, so rename it to World2, or whatever. Run that baby again. It should be good now. If not, put in a ticket. On your side of things, make sure you re-add those clientside mods if you actually took them out of your mods folder on the client-side.
