I am so sorry to hear that. Compare with Windows 10 app, audiblesync is not stable and downloading is its only task. So you can just choose to download audible books via Audible WIndows 10 app.

Audible sync is unstable. It doesn't open right and my library is missing when I finally get on. It's a bad idea. There's an old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership. It's either that or I'll have to start drinking heavily before I try to download anything.

Yes, AudibleSync is unstable. Many users reported that they cannot login to it. It's not a good idea to release this app when it not ready. Six or seven months ago, after years of successful downloading, I became unable to download and load books into iTunes with various failure symptoms, including the "missing" libraries and repeated returns to the signon screen mentioned in other posts.

I could not manage to download and then load into iTunes. Finally spent 3 or 4 hours on the phone with Audible to no avail. Several days later I stumbled on an Audible tech note that solved the problem for me. The crux of it was to go to Audible.
